Chinese Chicken Salad

1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
4 chopped green onions
1 bunch cilantro, chopped

Combine, drizzle dressing over and toss.

4 tablespoons toasted sesame seed
packaged chow mein noodles
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Add and toss well.

Dressing:
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup peanut oil or vegetable oil

Add oils and mix well.
